Fundamental 11

Interrupt the Feedback Loop

Step away from the stimulus, but always return with intention.

When a thought, emotion, conflict, or craving begins feeding itself, distance can restore perspective. Step away long enough to regain clarity, then return intentionally rather than reactively.
